After working as an Orthodontic Assistant for over 20 years, I have transistioned over to the Treatment/Finance Coordinator & Office Manager position. These days you will find me greeting new patients, presenting treatment plans, and taking care of all billings and accounts. I could not be more happy with what I do and who I work for. Dr. Ouyang is a friendly, capable doctor, and I am proud to be part of her team. Meeting new patients, getting to know them during their course of treatment, and seeing them when they get their braces off still remains my favorite part of being in the orthodontic field. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family. We have a variety of interests and sporting activities that keep us busily entertained!

As the Patient Care Coordinator, I schedule all our patients' appointments and put together the schedule for Dr. Ouyang. I have a background in customer service and marketing. I treat all our patients and their families with kindness and compassion. I love seeing the transformations our patients go through when they have orthodontic treatment. Their smiles are so beautiful to see! Dr. Ouyang is kindhearted, funny, and very nice, and the staff is wonderful! I thoroughly enjoy being a part of Dr. Ouyang's Team. I love spending time with my husband and two kids (a daughter - 15 years old, and a son - 12 years old). We enjoy camping, taking trips to the beach, and traveling.

I had to wait until I was adult to experience braces. From there it was a desire to see others transform. A smile is the first thing you notice about someone. I have enjoyed helping to create healthy beautiful smiles for 8 years now. Beside that I am a wife and mother of 4. I also care for our 2 cats and guinea pigs. We are a busy family with baseball and golf. It is awesome to work in a fun office providing the best of care.
